Naoko Ota

Naoko Ota has a diverse work experience starting in 1998 as an Engineering Department Assistant at Sun Microsystems where they supported system engineering teams and department managers. Naoko then worked as a Business Development Intern at JETRO, assisting with providing information and support to US companies entering the Japanese market. Naoko then joined Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Consultant, where they supervised staff consultants, conducted tax research, and prepared tax opinion memorandums. In 2011, they became the Director of Finance at Miselu Inc., overseeing finance, business development, legal, and HR functions. Naoko joined kintone in 2015 as the Director of Finance and Operations, responsible for cash management, financial reporting, human resources, and developing organizational policies. Currently, they are the Director of Finance & Administration and Interim Tokyo Branch Manager at Drivemode.

Naoko Ota has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, with a specialization in International Law, from Aoyama Gakuin University. Naoko also holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation and US Legal Studies from Golden Gate University, School of Law.
