Neil McDonald has over three decades of experience in the rail and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager for Rail at Drivetrain Power and Propulsion since June 2001, Neil previously held the position of Branch Supervisor. Prior to this, Neil worked at Rail Services Australia from January 1992 to March 2001 as a Purchasing Officer, where responsibilities included procuring spare parts and services for the Diesel Engine Manufacturing Centre Workshop. Neil's career began with State Rail/Rail Services Australia from January 1987 to January 1992 as a Fitter and Machinist, focusing on the rebuilding of EMD and Alco components, and also took on a part-time supervisory role. Neil holds a Trade Certificate in Fitter and Machinist from North Sydney TAFE and completed education at North Sydney Boys High.
