About the Role

We are looking for a new member of our Cash Management team within the Treasury department at DriveWealth. The ideal candidate has experience in cash management at a broker-dealer, is a self-starter, and is eager to drive new processes and strategies to support the company's ongoing growth and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a liaison between operations, business, technology, and finance departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee cash settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and explain changes in cash positions, identifying trends and providing insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Project short-term cash needs and coordinate with internal teams to meet liquidity requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and implement efficiency associated with cash management activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in cash management, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a Broker-dealer cash management, self-clearing environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, experience in modern treasury
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze and improve existing processes, develop automation tools within the Treasury function
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights 
  • Four years of experience in Finance
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$90,000$120,000 USD
