Kalin Kingsland

As the Chief Information Security Officer, Kalin is dedicated to providing industry leading security solutions and services for DriveWealth, our partners, and our customers. He has over 15 years of experience in information security leading and creating fully regulated and successful security teams.

Most recently, Kalin was Head of Information Security and Risk at BitPay where he developed a security program that was adopted through the entire organization.

While at BitPay, Kalin was engulfed in the world of blockchain security and cryptocurrency security and translating and applying traditional security techniques to the new form of fintech. He also took the new form of security for blockchain and worked with regulatory bodies to ensure that requirements were continually updated to work with the new technologies that have come up in the industry.

Previously, Kalin was a Senior Security Architect at Incomm where he developed and maintained the SDLC and Vulnerability Management program along with integrating acquisitions into the organization. Prior to Incomm, Kalin was a Security Operations Team Lead where he built a security operations center across 3 countries and 2 continents. Kalin started as an information security engineer at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).
