Mike Colarusso

Mike Colarusso has a rich and extensive work history in the field of technology and infrastructure management. Mike started their career as a Network Operations Manager at Outsource Partners International, where they played a key role in expanding and maintaining the network infrastructure. Mike then joined Bluebird Auto Rental Systems as the Director of Technology, where they managed a team and implemented various improvements to the company's infrastructure. After that, they worked at FX Solutions as a Sr. Network Engineer, where they were responsible for the infrastructure and led a team of engineers. Mike then joined TAB Networks as a Sr. Network Engineer, where they focused on architecting and supporting the trading infrastructure.

In 2012, Mike joined DriveWealth as the Director of Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps, where they played a significant role in designing and managing platform solutions on the AWS platform. Mike researched and implemented various third-party cloud solutions to enhance the infrastructure. Mike later held roles such as Director of Infrastructure and Back-End Systems, CISO & Director of Infrastructure, and Head of Infrastructure, Core Trading, and Post-Trade, where they managed various teams and projects related to technology infrastructure and development.

Most recently, Mike has held roles such as Head of Delivery and Director of Architecture and Data Engineering at DriveWealth, where they expanded the architecture team, evaluated and made decisions on technologies, and established a design and architecture for a new product. Mike also established an international engineering team and guided the migration to a data warehouse using ETL technologies. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise in managing and improving technology infrastructures.
