Leo Rodriguez

Leo Rodriguez is a highly experienced structural engineer with a robust background in project management and bridge engineering. Currently serving as the Tampa Structures Group Leader and Project Manager at DRMP, Inc. since March 2020, Leo has previously held positions at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, including Associate and Bridge Engineer. Leo's earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Utah State University, focusing on long-term bridge performance research, as well as roles in cost engineering and resident engineering in various civil engineering firms. Leo holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
