Karen T.

Karen T. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different roles and industries. Karen is currently working as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Droga5 since November 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Group Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at the same company.

In 2019, Karen founded a non-profit group called "A Dope Femme" that focuses on empowering and elevating Women of Color & Allies in the NY Metro area. Karen served as the Founder and President of the organization.

Before that, Karen worked as a Senior Project Manager at VMLY&R from 2018 to 2020 and as a Digital Marketing Consultant on a freelance basis in 2017. Karen also gained experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager at Moving Image & Content and as a Project Manager at MRM//McCann, where they managed marketing initiatives for Verizon.

Karen's earlier roles include Sales and Marketing Coordinator at WiNK Retail Group, Digital Associate Project Manager & AAE Internship at Moving Image and Content, Media and Project Manager at Beauty Within TV, and Marketing and Sales Assistant at Comptoir Des Cotonniers.

Karen T. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A in Journalism and Communication from Donald W. Reynolds's School of Journalism, University of Nevada, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Karen's education journey began with their high school education at Lycée Frederic Mistral, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2002 to 2005.
