Rob Lugo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob started their career as a Senior Production Artist at American Marketing Enterprises Inc. in 2001, where they worked until 2002. Rob then joined Outerstuff as a Senior Production Artist, responsible for creating final mechanicals and tech packs for retail environments, packaging, and apparel. At Outerstuff, they collaborated with major sports leagues such as the NBA, MLB, and NHL. In 2002, they moved on to Publicis as a Second-Shift Studio Manager, leading a team of 35 studio staff and overseeing the production of advertising assets for clients like Lancôme, L'Oréal, P&G, Charmin, BMW, and Heineken. In 2006, they joined Interbrand as a Senior Production Designer before transitioning to Droga5. At Droga5, they held various roles such as Lead Production Artist, Head of Studio Services, and Director of Digital and Print Media Production. Rob managed departments like Graphics Studio, Retouching, Copyediting, and Quality Control while leading projects for top-tier clients including Google, Meta, LVMH Hennessy, Harley Davidson, Coty, Chase, Under Armour, Vail Resorts, and Prudential.
