Ellen Ibrahim

Ellen Ibrahim's work experience starts with their most recent role as Head of People and Development at Droit, where they have been working since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a HR Business Partner at Droit from December 2018 to February 2022. Before joining Droit, Ellen worked as a Talent Innovation Manager at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January 2018 to December 2018. Ellen also has experience at Barclays, where they served as a Vice President, Banking Graduate Development Program Manager - Americas from September 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Campus Recruiting Operations Manager at Strategy&, a member of the PwC network of firms, from December 2011 to July 2015. Ellen started their career as a Campus Recruiting Analyst at Goldman Sachs from October 2009 to December 2011, and previously worked as an Account Executive at The Cannon Group Public Relations from September 2008 to July 2009.

Ellen Ibrahim completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Princeton University, attending from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2013 until 2016, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.
