Kiran Paul

Kiran Paul has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they served as the Managing Director at QSS America, where they played a crucial role in streamlining operations and achieving significant growth. Kiran then went on to become a Founding Board Member at Dynamic Infoline Pvt.Ltd, where they focused on strategic choices and operational management. In 2019, they became the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Millennium IMS, where they successfully opened new markets and collaborations. Kiran also founded their own companies, including The Royale Construction Group and Kiran Paul Advisory and Consulting, where they provided high-end, boutique headhunting services and built part-time advisory boards for startups and scale-ups. Kiran also worked as a Growth Advisory to the Senior Leadership Team at JBrown International and served as a Boardroom Advisor at Boardroom Advisors. Most recently, they are working as the Director of Strategy at Arrive (formerly Dronedek), a smart mailbox provider, and as the India Chapter Lead at GERMAN X, an initiative that empowers German corporates and startups in scaling globally. Throughout their career, Kiran has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, mentoring, and fostering collaborations.

Kiran Paul attended St Joseph's College of Commerce and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Prior to that, they attended Baldwins Boys High School, where they completed their ICSE education with a focus on Human Behaviour.
