John Mcleod

As Director of Customer Success, John leads the Customer Success team and utilizes relationship focused business methods to ensure clients’ achieve their desired outcomes using the Dronesense platform. John is a client focused leader who thrives while building effective and diverse solutions oriented Customer Success teams that partner with public safety organizations to achieve their unique success criteria for their drone programs.

Prior to Dronesense, John spent 3 years as Vice President of Customer Success at Alegion, a platform for data label for artificial intelligence and machine learning, leading the global Customer Success organization, and 7 years in various roles at Bigcommerce (NASDAQ: BIGC) architecting their Data Migration, Enterprise Account Management and Enterprise Onboarding teams.

In his down time John enjoys fly fishing in the Texas Hill Country, traveling in his RV and collecting cookbooks. John resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and daughter.
