Hugues de Carvalho

Hugues De Carvalho is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer currently working at DroneShield since February 2023. Previously, Hugues held positions as an Electronics Engineer at Florestan Technology, where responsibilities included leading the development of a Diagnostic & Control System for a turbine-based generator, focusing on both hardware and software aspects. Key achievements include successful design and integration of this system and the development of an external acquisition test bench. Hugues also served as a Microcontroller Field Application Engineer at STMicroelectronics, providing application support for the STM32 microcontroller portfolio, and has a background as an apprentice electronic engineer at Thales Avionics, where significant contributions were made to the development and certification of MEMS accelerometers. Hugues holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from ENSEEIHT and has participated in various educational programs across prestigious institutions, including National Taiwan University and an international school in Tianjin.
