Babita Vaishnawa

Babita Vaishnawa is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Droom since November 2022, Babita is responsible for HR operations, strategy, planning, and recruitment, having established HR systems from the ground up. Prior to this role, Babita held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Healthians and Bada Business Pvt. Ltd., managing complete employee life cycles and developing HR processes. With earlier experience as VP of Human Resources at Droom Technology Private Limited and various HR roles at Indiamart Intermesh Limited and InterGlobe Technologies, Babita has consistently contributed to HR operations, policy implementation, and employee engagement throughout a career that began with an HR Executive role at Accord Consultancy. Babita holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from The NorthCap University.
