UX Researcher at Drooms

Alexandra Kirnerova has a diverse work experience. Alexandra started their career as an Administrative Office Assistant at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera in January 2016, where they worked for three months. From November 2016 to November 2017, they worked as a Product Manager at ARAVOLO. In January 2018, they joined Drooms as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support and worked in that role until February 2020. Alexandra then transitioned to a Customer Success Manager role at Drooms, where they worked from February 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they are working as a UX Researcher at Drooms since February 2022.
