Rachel Nghe is a Senior Legal Analyst and Product Counsel at Dropbox. Rachel has been with the company since July 2018, and has played an integral role in a number of high-profile cases.

Rachel is responsible for conducting document review, evidence analysis, exhibit selection, and document discovery/production for attorneys. In addition, they are responsible for administrative, operational, and logistical tasks for attorneys such as keeping track of calendar events, notetaking, grand jury sessions, proffers, and staff meetings.

Rachel has also served as a leader to other paralegals and liaison between paralegals and attorneys on evidence gathering projects. Additionally, they have served as a contact for economists, court reporters, interpreters/translators, jurors, FBI agents, and defense counsel.

Most recently, Rachel was a part of the trial team for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Fresno, CA. Rachel assisted with trial preparations, including producing discovery, preparing evidence, documents, presentations, and exhibits to be used in trial.

Additionally, they have a Japanese Language and Culture certification from Doshisha University.
