Caroline Newton

Caroline Newton currently serves as the Global VP of People & Talent at Dropit Shopping, where responsibilities include establishing a robust people function across global offices. As the Founder of inhouse talent, Caroline has provided interim leadership in talent and HR consulting for various industries since April 2016, developing talent strategies that drive business growth. Previous roles include Head of Talent at Pine Park Health, where a team of five was managed to oversee medical and go-to-market hiring, and Recruiting HR & Engagement at Workrise, where recruiting and HR functions for a new construction and defense vertical were established. Caroline also held the position of Head of Talent & Culture at Honor, significantly contributing to the rapid growth of operations in multiple locations. Earlier experience includes managing people and office operations at Innovation Endeavors and co-founding AgLocal, focusing on customer service in a startup environment. Caroline holds a degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Austin and an associate's degree in Communications from Johnson County Community College.
