Rapolas is a master of work-life balance and uses quality time with his friends and family to fuel his passion to drive the team forward at a steady speed.

Rapolas has a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Vilnius University. He was a visiting research scholar at Harvard University and has co-authored over 14 peer-reviewed publications.
