Russell Griggs, M.S., CCRC has a diverse work experience in the field of microbiology and research. Russell started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Middlebury College, Chemistry Department, where they helped prepare and supervise laboratory projects. Russell then moved on to work as a Graduate Research Assistant at Montana State University, Department of Earth Sciences, where they conducted various scientific analyses and research. After completing their Master's degree, they joined BioScience Laboratories, Inc. as a Clinical Microbiologist, conducting contract research studies on antimicrobial agents and medical devices. Russell later joined Nelson Laboratories Bozeman, LLC, where they served as an Associate Study Director, Principal Investigator, and Study Director III. In these roles, they managed FDA-regulated clinical and in-vitro studies, acted as a Principal Investigator for clinical trials, and helped develop and modify Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, they worked at Camp Denali / North Face Lodge as a Breakfast/Prep Cook and Bicycle Mechanic, performing various tasks related to kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance. Overall, Russell Griggs has extensive experience in project management, regulatory compliance, and scientific research.

Russell Griggs has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Earth Sciences from Montana State University-Bozeman, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013.
