Taylor Romney has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Team Lead/Services Support Associate at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company in 2011 and later became a Corporate Trainer at the same company from June 2012 to April 2014.

In 2014, Taylor joined USANA Health Sciences as a Social Media Graphic Designer, responsible for creating daily content and imagery for social media platforms. They also designed infographics and social content for sponsored athletes in the Women's Tennis Association until July 2016.

Following that, Taylor worked at Melaleuca again, this time as a Graphic Designer from July 2016 to June 2019. They specialized in packaging design and created large-scale graphics for the company's annual international convention. From June 2019 to November 2020, Taylor served as a Graphic Designer II at Melaleuca, focusing on packaging design for all product categories.

In 2020, Taylor joined iFIT Health and Fitness as a NordicTrack Web Designer. Their responsibilities included designing responsive eCommerce web pages and advertisements for NordicTrack, as well as designing emails and SMS images for marketing campaigns. They worked in this role until March 2022.

In 2021, Taylor started working as a Freelance UI/UX Designer at Taylor Romney Design, providing design services independently. They also worked as an Online Tutor at Wyzant from June 2021 to February 2022.

Taylor's most recent position, starting in March 2022, is as a Product Designer at Droplet, where they utilize their design skills to contribute to the development of products.
