Ezra Gordon

Ezra Gordon is the Vice President of Operations at Droplette. Ezra has over 10 years of experience in supply chain management and product development. Ezra previously worked as the Vice President of Product and Supply Chain at Cambrian Innovation Inc, where they were responsible for product development, quality, on-time delivery, and customer project/construction management. Ezra also worked as the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations at Ogin, Inc., a venture-backed start-up that manufactures shrouded wind turbines. At Ogin, they were responsible for supplier selection, contract negotiations, and monitoring. Ezra has a proven track record of successful supply chain management and product development.

Ezra Gordon began their education at Milton Academy before moving on to Amherst College where they studied economics and earned a B.A. Ezra then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they focused on business administration and management.

Ezra Gordon works with Lucy McQuilken - CFO, Rathi Srinivas - Founder & CTO, and Jennifer Ramcharan - Head of People Operations. Ezra Gordon reports to Madhavi Gavini, CEO & Founder.
