Nour Alkhatib possesses diverse experience in content management and customer service, currently serving as a Category Manager at Drops since May 2021, after progressing through roles such as Senior Content Writer and Content Officer. Previously, Nour held the position of Content Officer at Tatayab from January 2020 to May 2021 and began in customer service roles at Ooredoo Kuwait and TryCarriage.com. Nour's career also includes reception and reservations roles at various clinics and travel agencies. Nour obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Arab Open University - Kuwait Branch, completing studies in 2020.
