Shai Solomon

Shai Solomon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in radar systems and engineering. Currently serving as the Radar Infrastructure and ATE Leader at RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. since March 2022, Shai oversees radar calibration and the design of test equipment, as well as automating radar calibration processes. Previously, Shai worked at MVG | Microwave Vision Group from January 2015 to March 2022 as a Radio Frequency System Engineer and Project Manager, focusing on multidisciplinary systems involving RF, mechanics, control, and software for antenna measurement solutions. Shai began a career as an Integration Engineer at HP from January 2012 to December 2014, specializing in the integration of multidisciplinary systems. Shai holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering and completed additional training in Intelligent RF & Microwave in 2016.
