Lilly Schwartz

Lilly Schwartz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Sales Advisor Werkstudent at Hennes & Mauritz. In 2017, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at the Hennes Mauritz Area Office, gaining insights into HR and labor relations. Lilly then worked as a Trainee Human Resources at DREINULL Agentur für Mediatainment GmbH & Co.KG, where they handled various HR tasks and supported recruitment processes. In 2019, Lilly became an HR-Manager at Convaron, providing consulting and support to management and overseeing the recruitment and hiring process. Currently, they work at DR SMILE, initially as an HR Generalist and then as a Team Lead HR Operations, and is currently serving as the Head of HR.

Lilly Schwartz's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at the University of Potsdam. Lilly pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Germanistik, which they successfully completed in 2014. Afterward, from 2014 to 2017, they attended the Freie Universität Berlin to pursue their Master of Arts degree in Neue Deutsche Literaturwissenschaft. In 2022, they briefly attended TAM Akademie GmbH, where they obtained a Practitioner of Modern Leadership certification.
