Rich Lucey

Rich Lucey currently serves as a Senior Prevention Program Manager at the Drug Enforcement Administration, specializing in community outreach and prevention support since May 2016. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Special Assistant to the Director at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration from August 2008 to May 2016. Additionally, Rich worked as an Education Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education from September 1999 to August 2008. Rich holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from SUNY Empire State College, earned between 1999 and 2001.
