Rashmi Barbhaiya

Rashmi Barbhaiya currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at OneSource and holds the position of Chairman of the Advisory Council at the Institute of Life Science Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Rashmi is the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Apinovo Pharma Innovations and a Member of the Scientific Advisory Committee for both the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative and previously for the Global Antibiotic Research and Development Partnership. As CEO of NextGen Pharma LLC since 2015, Rashmi has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Co-Founder and CEO of Advinus Therapeutics, President of R&D at Ranbaxy, and Vice President at Bristol Myers Squibb. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of London and postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Florida.
