Cosmina Nicolau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cosmina is currently the Head of People & Culture at DRUID AI, where they oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies. Prior to this, they were the Senior Human Resources Consultant at NISSA.

Cosmina spent a significant portion of their career at Carrefour Romania, where they held various roles.
