Simon Caffrey

Simon Caffrey is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in telecommunications and project management. Currently a Senior Engineer at Drumgrange Ltd since August 2020, Simon previously held the position of International Operations Engineer at BFBS and worked as a Contract Project Engineer at dB Broadcast Ltd. Simon's extensive tenure at Arqiva spanned nearly two decades, during which roles included Team Leader for TV Projects and Teleport Engineering, with a focus on managing satellite broadcast engineering teams and implementing new services. Additional experience includes positions at Sony Broadcast & Professional Europe, Multitone Electronics, Subspection Ltd, and the Royal Navy. Simon holds a BSc in Technology (IT and Digital Communications) from The Open University and a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Engineering from the Royal Navy Engineering School.
