The founding team at Drybar has a history in marketing, specifically in brand marketing. Co-founder Alli Webb was previously at Ground Break Marketing, and then held senior positions at both Yahoo and Yoyodyne, Inc. Her experience in the industry and her education (She has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology) has helped her build a successful company in the beauty industry.
