Edward Okinyi has been working in the agricultural industry since 2014. Edward began their career as a Packhouse Quality Assurer for Veg Pro International in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Horticultural Crops Directorate as an Extension Specialist and Agronomist. In 2017, they began working as a Laboratory Technician for Horticultural Crops Directorate and a Packhouse Quality Assurer, Agronomist, and Scouting specialist for Kakuzi Plc. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Project Intern and Research Assistant for Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization. Currently, they are a Plant Science Research Assistant for DryGro.
Edward Okinyi attended Chuka University from 2013 to 2017 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture. Their field of study was Horticulture.
