Cecilie Tarp Kasten

Cecilie Tarp Kasten has a diverse range of work experience. Cecilie is currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Partner at DS NORDEN, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Devoteam as a Talent Acquisition Partner & HR Operations from January 2022 to June 2023, and as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator from June 2021 to January 2022.

Before their time at Devoteam, Cecilie worked at Maersk Tankers where they held various roles. Cecilie started as a Student Assistant in July 2019 and later became an HR Coordinator from July 2020 to April 2021. In May 2021, they were promoted to the position of HR Consultant, where they gained hands-on experience in HR legal tasks, onboarding processes, reporting, payroll, and event management.

Cecilie's work experience also includes a role as a Research Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, an executive search company, from June 2018 to July 2019. Cecilie was responsible for tasks such as mapping companies and candidates, candidate communication, CV screening, and data quality.

As part of their graduate degree at CBS, Cecilie interned at Adecco as a Recruitment Intern from April 2019 to June 2019. Here, they further developed their recruitment skills by conducting interviews, organizing events, and managing candidate databases.

In addition to their professional experience, Cecilie has previous work experience as a Sales Assistant at Stella McCartney, a Teacher at My Academy, a Purchasing Assistant at ABENA, and a Crew member at McDonald's.

Cecilie Tarp Kasten completed their M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics at Roskilde University from 2015 to 2018. In 2015, they also attended Vallekilde Højskole for a brief period to study Orthography & Journalism. Earlier, between 2010 and 2013, Cecilie attended Aabenraa Statsskole where they studied subjects such as Engelsk A, Samfundsfag A, Matematik B, and Psykologi C. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including People Test Logic (PTL) and People Test Person (PTP) from People Test Systems A/S in June 2022.
