Marianne Roldsgaard C. has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in roles related to business development, process excellence, and risk management. Marianne Roldsgaard spent the majority of their career at Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, where they held various positions such as Head of Business Development, Head of Process Excellence, and Head of Risk and Performance Management. In these roles, Marianne focused on implementing strategic projects, optimizing cross-functional processes, and managing risk and performance measurement. Marianne Roldsgaard achieved significant milestones, including adapting infrastructure and reporting to support the company's new dry operator business model and designing and implementing a business intelligence system. Prior to joining NORDEN, Marianne worked at Nordea AB as a Chief Risk Manager, where they played a key role in designing and maintaining the group risk management system.
