Pablo Roche

Pablo Roche has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pablo is currently the Head of Dry Operations Americas at DS NORDEN, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, where they held various roles including Head of Dry Operations North America and West Coast South America from March 2022 to February 2023, and Operations Lead, Senior Operations Manager from April 2018 to March 2022. Pablo also worked as a Senior Operations Manager from January 2018 to March 2022, and as an Operations Manager from May 2016 to December 2017. Before joining Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, Pablo worked as an Ocean Freight Operations Manager at Western Bulk Chartering AS from February 2015 to April 2016, and at Bunge from May 2011 to January 2015. Pablo started their career at Archer Daniels Midland, where they worked as a Commodity Trader/Grain Merchandiser from May 2008 to December 2010, and in Logistics from November 2004 to May 2008.
