Søren Marcussen

Søren Marcussen has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Søren began their career as a Maritime Officer Trainee at TORM A/S in 2005 and progressed to become a Maritime Officer before leaving in 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Søren worked at Norient Product Pool, starting as an Operation Manager and eventually becoming the Head of operation in Copenhagen. Following this, they held the position of Senior Operations Manager until 2018. In 2023, Søren joined DS NORDEN as the Head of Tankers Operations. Additionally, they had a military duty with Den Kongelige Livgarde from 2003 to 2004.

Søren Marcussen completed their education from 2000 to 2003 at Merkur centret, where they obtained a degree in Hhx - higher commercial examination. Following this, they attended Svendborg Maritime Academy from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a Master Mariner degree.
