Zara O’Hora

Zara O’Hora serves as Chief Compliance Officer for D&S Community Services. In this role, she is responsible for oversight and implementation of our compliance and ethics program. Zara focuses on internal processes, auditing and monitoring, and education activities that support compliance with laws, regulations, and company policy.

Zara brings over 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining D&S Community Services in October 2019, Zara was the Chief Compliance Officer at a behavior health organization. Her prior compliance, quality, and operations experience offers a unique and holistic approach to better understanding and mitigating risks at D&S Community Services.

Zara holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern University and a Master’s of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Widener University-Delaware Law School.
