Beatriz Silva Castromil

Beatriz Silva Castromil is an experienced quality control technician currently employed at DS Smith since April 2022. Prior to this role, Beatriz worked at Delicias Coruña as a quality and food safety technician, and at Estandar gestión alimentaria as a consultant and trainer for quality management and food safety systems. Beatriz has also held positions as a biologist at AMEGROVE S. COOP. GALEGA, where marine toxin detection in shellfish was performed, and at TLCC chocolate factory, contributing to the development of an automated traceability system and an HACCP plan. Beatriz's early career includes internships focused on analytical methods in laboratories and biological research. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in innovation in food safety and technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in general biology from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
