Debbie Oliver, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at DS Smith since June 2017. Prior to this role, Debbie spent over a decade at Dixons Carphone, where responsibilities included business partnering with leadership in Logistics, Repairs, and Contact Centres as an HR Business Partner, as well as overseeing customer service operations in a managerial capacity. Debbie holds a Diploma of Education in Human Resource Practice, having studied at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and Stephenson College.
