Jessica di Miceli

Jessica Di Miceli is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Global Services HR Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group since October 2021, Jessica focuses on developing new people initiatives and supporting the implementation of innovative operating models. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at KPMG UK as a People Consultant from October 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included addressing organizational challenges with a people-centric approach. Jessica holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Warwick.
