Ernest Jedrzejewski

Ernest Jedrzejewski serves as the Regional Head of Legal and Compliance for East Europe at DS Smith since April 2023, overseeing legal and compliance issues across 17 countries. Previously, Ernest held the position of Regional Head of Legal at a Stealth Mode Startup Company and served in various legal roles at Amgen from November 2010 to December 2022, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel for the North East Region and Central and Eastern Europe. Ernest's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Dentons and Associate positions at law firms specializing in Life Sciences and Corporate Law. As a guest lecturer at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Ernest contributed to the "Global Strategic Management" course. Ernest's educational credentials include an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, multiple certificates from Harvard Medical School in genetics-related fields, and an M.A. in Law from the University of Warsaw, along with a diploma from the University of Cambridge.
