Rachel Wilson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional serving as the Global Head of Talent, Executive Hiring & Acquisition at DS Smith since November 2019. In this role, Rachel leads a team focused on Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Talent Management, and global hiring efforts, translating strategic directives into effective talent strategies. Previous positions include Director of Talent Acquisition for Europe at RGP, where Rachel developed a human capital platform aligned with company goals, and Director of the Global Technology Practice at Sheffield Haworth, a top executive search firm. With a background that includes roles at Adastrum Consulting, eg.1, The Marlin Hawk Group, Beaumont Karlson, Imprint Search & Selection, and Indigo Partners, Rachel has cultivated extensive expertise in executive search and talent advisory services. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Consciousness & Transpersonal Psychology from Middlesex University and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Kingston University.
