Eduardo López Berzal

Eduardo López Berzal is a seasoned professional in contract management, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Contract Management at DSB since November 2020, leading a team of 10 contract managers. Previous roles include Lead Commercial Contract Manager, overseeing the procurement of 100 Coradia Stream trainsets and a 30-year Full Service Agreement, and Senior Contract Manager during the BAFO evaluation for the New Trains project. Prior to DSB, Eduardo held positions at COMSA Corporación as a Contract Manager, managing claims and variations for tramway contracts, and at Ramboll as a Senior Consultant in Rail, where responsibilities included safety processes and budget control. Eduardo's career also includes relevant experience at Alstom Transport, Akka Technologies, Ferrovial, and Iberdrola, focusing on railway systems, energy efficiency, and quality assurance. Eduardo holds multiple engineering degrees and completed an Executive Summer School program at IE Business School in 2023.
