Stephen Pichette

Stephen Pichette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and land development. As the Ottawa General Manager at David Schaeffer Engineering Ltd., Stephen oversees operations and project management. Prior to this role, Stephen served as Principal Urban Land at Stantec from 2000 to 2007 and managed land development at Oliver, Mangione, McCalla & Associates Ltd. from 1982 to 2000. Stephen holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
