Claire Hunt

Claire Hunt is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and education, currently serving as a Senior Search Associate at Koya Partners since September 2022. In this role, Claire collaborates with search teams to recruit senior executives for mission-driven clients, focusing on foundations, environmental organizations, cultural institutions, and non-profits. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent at Teach For America and Director of Talent and Recruitment at Great Lakes Academy Charter School. Additionally, Claire has worked as a 4th Grade Teacher at KIPP Chicago and as a Mathematical Quality of Instruction Coach at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Claire holds a Bachelor of Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and a Master's in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
