Jordan Gannon has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jordan started their career at Car Toys Inc. as a Retail Store Manager from October 2002 to August 2008. Jordan then joined AT&T as a Retail Account Executive in August 2008 and held this position until September 2015. At AT&T, they worked closely with local authorized retailers and coached and developed team members.

In 2016, they joined Spring Mobile as a Tier 1 Store Manager, where they managed all aspects of an AT&T Authorized retail store. Jordan excelled in creating a culture of success, training staff, and providing a superb customer experience.

In 2017, they became an AT&T National Account Manager at The Retail Outsource. Jordan led a team that provided representation, training, merchandising, and sales support for AT&T in big box retail.

From 2018 to 2020, Jordan took on various roles at DSI Systems Inc. Jordan started as an AT&T Regional Manager - National Retail Distribution, responsible for coaching and directing a team of Field Sales Representatives in multiple states. Jordan then became the AT&T Director of National Retail Sales - West, overseeing sales operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of National Retail Accounts at DSI Systems Inc.

Jordan Gannon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Sales and Marketing from Warner Pacific University, where they attended from 2011 to 2014.
