Georgi Georgiev

Georgi Georgiev, MRICS RV, REV, currently serves as the Head of the Collateral Valuation and Validation Department at DSK Bank since July 2022. Previously, Georgiev held significant roles at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, including Head of Facility Management and General Services Department, and Head of Collateral Management Department. Georgiev's extensive experience includes positions as a Reviewer Appraiser of Real Estate at FI Bank, Real Estate Appraiser at EFG Property Services Bulgaria, and Manager of Business Development at GCS. With a solid educational background in civil engineering and property management from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, and ongoing studies at New Bulgarian University, Georgiev is equipped with a comprehensive skill set that emphasizes real estate appraisal, project management, and technical evaluation.
