Kalina Slavkova has an extensive work experience, starting in 2013 as a Customer Support Representative with German and English at TELUS International Europe. Kalina then worked as a Customer Service Representative with German and English at SBTech for a short period in 2016. After that, they joined TELUS International Europe again in 2016, this time as a Customer Service Representative for Spotify, where they provided assistance in German and English via email and chat. In 2018, they moved to Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist until 2021, when they joined KBC Bank Bulgaria as the Head of Customer Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Management at DSK Bank since 2023. Throughout their career, Kalina has gained experience in customer support, customer service, and customer experience management, consistently demonstrating their fluency in German and English.

Kalina Slavkova completed their Bachelor's Degree in German Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also participated in the Erasmus+ Program at the University of Potsdam, where they further focused on German Studies. In 2018, Kalina attended the Digital Marketing Training Program at SoftUni Digital. Additionally, they obtained a certification in C1 Advanced from Cambridge Assessment English in 2010.
