Abhijeet Deshpande

Abhijeet Deshpande has a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Abhijeet is currently working as the Head of Logistics at DSM-Firmenich, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's logistics operations in India, including import-export, warehouse, and transportation. Abhijeet is also focused on driving continuous improvement and process redesigning.

Prior to their current role, Abhijeet worked as a Senior Manager in Transportation and Distribution at Firmenich from 2022 to 2023. Abhijeet also held various positions at Dow and Dow Corning, including Logistics Manager and Senior Manager - Logistics, where they played key roles in managing logistics operations and ensuring safety compliance.

Abhijeet's early career includes roles at American Power Conversion, where they served as the Regional Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics, and at Asian Paints, where they held positions such as Regional Commercial Executive and Admin Officer. Throughout their career, Abhijeet has demonstrated leadership in streamlining operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Abhijeet Deshpande obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Amravati University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
