Angela Reid has extensive work experience in customer experience, supply chain, and customer support roles. Angela is currently the VP Global Customer Experience SC (CX) at dsm-firmenich, where they focus on improving customer experience and loyalty through supply chain transformation and innovation. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider Electric as the VP Digital Customer Support Capabilities and VP CCC Central & Eastern Europe. Angela also held positions at American Power Conversion and APC by Schneider, where they were responsible for customer care and technical support management. Angela started their career at Talk Talk Group as the Head of CS Implementation and PMO Delivery Manager. Angela began their career at BT Ireland as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Director.

Angela Reid earned a BA in Sociology & Politics from the University of Galway from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained an APMP Certification from an unspecified time. Angela also pursued an Applied Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management, a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising & PR from LSB College, and became a Prince2 Practitioner. Angela further earned a Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency Management (IPAV) from WIT.
