Arno Dalhuisen

Arno Dalhuisen is currently serving as Senior Director - Digital Partner Operations at dsm-firmenich since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading the Operations Platform and overseeing the digital development of operational applications. Prior to this role, Arno held various positions at DSM, including Global Head of Supply Chain Excellence, where efforts focused on enhancing supply chain processes and driving innovation. Additional experiences include a tenure as a LSS Black Belt Manager at KPMG Advisory, a consultant at UNC Lean Six Sigma BV, and a business consultant at O&I. Arno began the professional journey as a Policy Advisor within the Ministry of Finance. Arno's academic credentials comprise a Master in Management Consultancy from Rotterdam School of Management and a Drs. in Public Administration & Public Policy from the University of Twente.
