Bastian Bielawski

Bastian Bielawski has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and technology industry, specializing in vitamins, formulation, and production support. Bastian has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their position as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant at Evonik from February 2006 to March 2013. Bastian then joined DSM in January 2017 as a Q-SHE Officer/Formulation Process Trial Engineer, where they managed production orders and campaigns, evaluated process improvements, and implemented new products. In July 2019, they became an Expert Operational Excellence, leading value-improving teams and implementing lean manufacturing practices. From December 2020 to May 2023, they served as the Head of Production Support Formulation at DSM-Firmenich, overseeing the production support team, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and improving processes. Throughout their career, Bielawski has demonstrated their expertise in production support, continuous improvement, and project management.
