Dave Coenen

Dave Coenen has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Dave is currently serving as the Head of Network Strategy & Design at dsm-firmenich, where they are responsible for optimizing the transportation, warehouse, and distribution network through strategic planning and implementation. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director Distribution Solutions at DSM and as a Senior Manager, Customer Success at TMC, a division of C.H. Robinson. Dave has also held various leadership positions at Expeditors, where they managed global accounts, developed business plans, and led the Global Account Management Program. Additionally, they have experience in warehousing and distribution as a Manager at Pall Corporation. Dave's expertise in logistics and their strategic leadership skills make him a valuable asset in the industry.

Dave Coenen completed their Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Economics at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1998. Dave obtained additional certifications in various fields, including Secure Base Coach from De School voor Transitie in 2018, Master Counselor from de Baak in 2018, and NeuroCoach from Loyola Marymount University in 2017. Dave also received a Master Coach certification from de Baak in 2016 and a Coaching Basics certification from de Baak in 2015.
